Return and Refund Policy for Online Purchases

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know.
Please note that the Online Return Policy is different from the In-Store Return Policy.
Online Returns:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging, including all tags.
If the item is damaged, used or not in the original condition, we cannot process the refund.
Online Refunds:
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you received free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All Discounted items are Final Sale.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returning Online Purchased item to local stores:
Please contact orders@boardersla.com first if you want to return items in-store.
We can navigate you to the nearest Boarders location.
For in-store returns, refunds will be issued through online. (No credit or money will be returned in-store.)
If returns occur during the weekends, the refund will be issued the next business days. Please note that it will take an extra 3-5 business days for the refund to go back on your account. Also the initial shipping cost is non-refundable.

Store Credit or Exchange only.
Sunglasses, Jewelry, and sale items are final sale.
All returns must have original receipt with price tags attached and must be within 30 days from purchase date. Merchandise must be in new condition and meet manager's regulations.
